Access Arts has once again partnered with KPMG to host our eighth annual visual arts exhibition online and at the KPMG corporate building in Brisbane from 3 December 2020 – 29 March 2021.
The exhibition, titled “Journey to the other side”, reflects the artists’ experience living through the coronavirus pandemic and making art from home. Featuring 42 artworks by 16 artists with disability, each piece is unique, but the artists all shared emotions including isolation, hope and change which they express in the artworks.
Access Arts is proud to partner with KPMG to shine a light on talented Queensland artists and start a conversation about the need for more recognition for artists with disability.
Access Arts acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and we pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. We are committed to honouring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their unique cultural and spiritual relationship to land, water and seas and their rich contribution to society.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people should be aware that this website may contain images, voices and names of deceased persons.
