Jeff Parker is an Ipswich-based artist and photographer whose work reflects people, purpose and perception. Jeff received a 2026 SAFE Grant from Access Arts in support of Australia From Our Wandering, a pop-up exhibition of paintings and digitally printed photographic works on canvas exploring Australian scenes through emotion, memory and resilience.
The grant supported the printing of Jeff’s photographic works on canvas and gallery hire for the exhibition, with mentoring provided by Access Arts staff.
“My journey into art began in 2023 after years of living with physical disability. It has since become a powerful expression of hope and perspective. Through colour, light, and texture, I explore the quiet stories behind faces and landscapes, and the strength found in vulnerability,” Jeff shared.
