Bill Thomas is a 2021 Access Arts SAFE Grant recipient.

The SAFE Fund provides one-off funding opportunities for artists living with disability or disadvantage to access new opportunities and remove barriers to their professional career development.

Bill Thomas underwent a mentorship with Nabil Sabio Azadi and Peter Vance to complete a compilation book of Bill’s favourite poems and short stories. This limited edition book is entitled Me, Myself and I: A look back and forward of poems and short stories written at Annerley.

This new book was accompanied by a new song composed and written by Peter Vance in collaboration with Bill by the same title.
