Access Arts is proud to announce that A.S. Venetsianova-Rubenstein has been awarded a SAFE Grant for her proposed collection of works on the theme ‘My Chickens and Cats’. 
Building on the success of her beloved artwork, Husky Wusky under the Mock Oranges, A.S. will create a new collection of mixed-media works exploring the theme of her cherished chickens and cats. Using high-quality materials like cray-pas, encaustic, and crayons on archival paper and canvas, this grant will help her access quality materials and tools that will enhance her work environment and art practice.
“I chose this theme because animals mean a lot to me and due to the popularity of my artwork Husky Wusky under the Mock Oranges, when it was exhibited at St. Andrew’s through Access Arts,” A.S. shared.
