Daniele is a participatory artist, art therapist and producer, with a strong focus on socially engaged art making practices. She creates artistic works that draw from direct experience and storytelling, using verbatim, documentary, contemporary and embodied performance practices.
Theatre practitioner Daniele Constance used her SAFE grant to create the first development of a new work and test it at Melbourne Fringe Festival, which “pushed her experience and skills as a performer and director’.
“The SAFE grant supported the first creative development and presentation of a new performance work. In this, it supported the development of my arts practice through pursuing an idea from concept through to production and presentation; providing time, space and resources to nurture my ideas, research and creative processes,” Daniele said.
