At a young age I loved to draw. I was also taught handcrafts and this passion for craft took over drawing. It wasn’t until I was in my mid 30′s that I started to experiment with pressed flower art. In my earIy 40′s I was fortunate enough to work with Ross Barber in an arts program in Gympie, and he inspired me to return to drawing. Over the years I have experimented in a number of mediums including ceramics, graphics and more recently photography. Digital imagery has heightened my visual senses and I have become aware of my love of recreating the world around me.
