Quality Assurance

Access Arts is funded by Department of Communities, Disability Services and must comply with the Disability Services Quality Service Standards. In line with this system, Access Arts was audited by Global-Mark and received certification on the 23rd of September 2007, and was recertified on the 25th of September 2010. This is subject to our continued compliance with the Queensland Disability Service Standards.
We welcome feedback and suggestions from members in order to improve our quality system. Below you will find Access Arts’ Organisation information and Policies and Procedures, which are the basis for our quality system. The forms relating to and referenced in these policies are available in hard-copy and accessible formats upon request from Access Arts Inc. Individual policies, procedures and forms are also available in Braille, audio and large print formats on request.
